REHOBOTH BOARDWALK ARTS FESTIVAL

Presented by the Rehoboth Art League and the City of Rehoboth Beach

ELIGIBILITY: Open to Rehoboth Art League Member's Only

EVENT DETAILS

When: Saturday, May 23, 2020
Where: The Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rain Date: Sunday, May 24, 2020

The Rehoboth Art League and the City of Rehoboth have partnered to produce the City’s first-ever boardwalk arts festival, where artists will showcase and sell their work amidst the backdrop of the picturesque coastline and the busy boardwalk. Known for its annual events that draw discerning local collectors as well as those vacationing from the Baltimore/Washington, DC, area as well as Philadelphia and New York City, the Rehoboth Art League is seeking fine artists to participate in this juried inaugural event. Held during Memorial Day weekend—the unofficial start of summer for this beach town—the event will fill the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk with tents of original, quality artwork, where RAL member artists can sell their work.

This event is free and open to the public, and the Rehoboth Art League will provide shuttle service from a remote parking area as an amenity for exhibiting artists. Local lodging for out-of-town artists can be arranged through the Rehoboth Art League for a nominal administrative fee. Extensive event advertising is placed in local newspaper and visitor’s guides, regional magazines, and on the radio.
